No reason for not blogging, really. I'm just in a "transition" I guess you could say. I decided to put the kabosh on photography for a little bit. Not because I want to but because I need structure and having a photography business on the side bleeds any kind of structured tendencies right out of me (and my family).
It was really hard to turn away many people, especially during this pre-holiday season. I can truly say it has been a very difficult thing to do. So, why can't I do photography and be a mom at the same time? Why can't I balance? Because there are about 10 other things I'm balancing as well and compared to the other items, photography just isn't a #1. It just isn't. Now, don't panic. I still take pictures. I still relish in the fact that I have the cutest girls in the whole world and I mean to show them off every chance I get.
I also need a creative outlet and I also have been blessed with tons of friends who have babies and need to make an occasional card or two. This is where I find the most joy and so this I will carry on.
In other news...
Kristen has finally delivered and he's so cute! Alpine Rex Bowler made his way into the world (all 9 pounds of him) on Sunday, the 29th. He was able to go home yesterday after having a little bout with jaundice. So glad to have him in our familia. Lynn's parents will be heading out on November 13th to live in Sao Paulo, Brazil for 18 months. How great shall be their joy as they serve down their. Randy will be the secretary in the Brazil South Area Presidency (the blue part of the linked map). Good thing he's living in the now and learned how to use a computer.
