I have been doing a lot of editing lately. That's what I do in my spare time, in case you didn't know. So, all you neighbors who live behind me and see that my light is on late at night. THAT is what I'm doing. And I really really really like it. I'm alllllmost done with the Taylor family pictures. Oh, Evan is so cute. These guys are such dear friends. We've known them for a long time. It tickles me to know that we've been friends for so long.
Another one of my latest projects has been sorting and cleaning up all the crap I have. I mean really, I just have a lot of CRAP! Where did it come from and how did it get here (Ask KD, she knows. She always knows where my crap comes from and how to get rid of it). Anyway, it is feeling really good to unload, let go and get it out. In the last 2 months I have probably filled about 5 really good sized boxed for the D.I. And, in case you are wondering, that was just from the toy room. I hauled out 2 boxes from my closet and 3 boxes from my work room. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN WHAT WAS IN MY PANTRY!!!! OK, maybe not. But it was really bad. OH--and the medicine box! I'm not even going to start on our medicine box. NASTY. The sad part is, even though I've cleaned a lot of stuff out. There's still more. Right now, the current project is my photos. A lot of you may think this isn't a problem but it SOOOO IS. See, I photograph and photograph alll the time. Kristen and I are taking a class online at Big Picture Scrapbooking about this. It is teaching us all about how to catagorize and sort and clean and store all that CRAP and still love scrapbooking and recording. See, I really don't like scrapbooking right now. It feels so overwhelming at times. I always feel like I have to finish a long task list before I can sit down to do anything.
I love this class so far. I really feel like I'm doing something. I'm excited to finally make a library of sorts and know where everything is. I'll report on how it goes.
